Adderall
I have heard this is a very effective drug to intensify focus and maintain high energy levels for extended periods. I know it has been used as a "study drug" for all-nighters or whatever too. However, in theory, would it help workout intensity/boost focus if taken before a workout? Just a thought

the answer is yes and very much so, but its not that good for you if you actually dont have adhd. It kills your appetite like no other. Id rather take slim xtreme it gives you pretty much that kind of energy and appetite suppresion without you taking amphetamines lol
very easy to get dependent on them btw. youll feel like **** if youre not on them after a while. If it's like 1-3 times a quarter/semester for college kids i dont see it being too bad.

ok, well i wasn't thinking of using it for weight loss. I knew it supressed your appetite but not to what extent. So, for someone not looking to lose weight (gain actually) would it be worth using? Would I even be able to keep a weight gainer down (ex. serious mass) to negate the weight loss?

Recreational use of Adderall is very dangerous...please, don't even think about using it as a pre-workout energizer.

its not like youre gonna throw up if you eat. you just wont want to at all. If you can force yourself to eat then yeah itll work and depending on the dose it gives you a lot of crazy energy that can keep you going for hours. Thats the bad part you can injure or do something bad to yourself very easily on it. After you lift youre gonna be like hell yeah lets do some cardio and you wont feel tired after that either your brain will want to keep going and going. I wouldnt recommend it as a supplement tbh

I don't know about the other posters in this topic, but Adderall DESTROYS my appetite. I'm talking I can take one at 7AM, and I won't want to eat until about 7PM or so. I have ADD so I used to take it my Senior year of High School, but I deduced that a healthy diet was more important than not having a bit of a fast-brain and forgetting things here and there.
Amazing medicine for what you need, but the side-effects are baaaaaad for anyone looking to workout.
