14 month transformation

This is definitely not the greatest of transformations here on BB but I'm posting these pics cuz i wanna look for opinions or any advice. I havent exactly worked out consistently throught these 14 months ( during the 8th to 10th month i basically had no gym and got really lazy ). Also, I train with ZERO supplements only because I cant afford anything lol. The ONLY thing i take are my dads multivitamins and try as best as possible to eat clean.

The first pic was b4 i started ( i thought i was sexy... so sad )

The second was taken last month.

hey, man yeah you need to lift consistently to get good results, once you've trained 3 times a week for a few months you'll crave the gym. The only supplement you need is food too, don't even need whey to get good results but multivitamin is great as well.

But yeah you look fine, better than before too.

wow i see the difference! good work!! but I'm sure if you give it another 14 months, you could look ALOT different. Go to the gym more, start a diet to lose the fat, then put back the weight except with muscle! you definetly have potential!!
