Max double squat about 12 days out, max double dead about 10, max double bench about 8

Your last real session I feel should be about 5 days out and take your bench and squat openers, and don't touch the deadlift bar, something midweek like the wednesday before a saturday meet you can do very very light work if you feel you need it.
