deaload upto meet

ok guys just a couple of question, i know theres a thread dedicated to ur first meet but i got some questions that i think will be best answerd in a thread of its own. And were not coverd in that thread either.

Firstly how far out do u stop each of ur lifts for example last deadlift 7 days out last bench 5 days out etc.

Also for ur last session do u just do ur opening attempt in the meet or do u lift flat out,

Also during the week off u take before the meet do u not lift at all or do u do just one session were u practice ur opener?

And lastly do u have to wear certain underwear like tidy whitys or can u wear normal boxer shorts?

Cheers and sorry for starting another first meet thread but im just worried it want get answerd in the other thread,

Max double squat about 12 days out, max double dead about 10, max double bench about 8

Your last real session I feel should be about 5 days out and take your bench and squat openers, and don't touch the deadlift bar, something midweek like the wednesday before a saturday meet you can do very very light work if you feel you need it.

Depends on Federation, if its USAPL no boxers
