Simple training routine for a sailing boat
Hello everyone,
Can anyone suggest a simple routine for me to perform when sailing for two weeks on a boat? I am pretty sure that I won't be able to access any gym during that time, but I don't want to lose shape and definition that I already have (I am aware of the fact that gaining any muscle would be rather hard in these conditions - I simply don't want to lose too much). All I'm looking for is a simple program consisting of probably push-ups, pull-ups and body weight exercises. Or maybe someone had this problem before? How did you solve it? Thanks for all the input!
