Here we go number 3

I will be starting for a third time to get this ATS and to be consistent with the diet. It has been so hard to be consistent this summer. I'm making it a must to start getting up at 5am and getting to the gym by 6am. The diet needs to be right on and i need to start making better choices. I can do this it is just about putting my mind to this. I have lost focus over the last two months and have been eating fast food and drinking way to much. At 35 it is time to get focused. So anyone that is going in at 5am i welcome your encouragement please. I would like to know im not going at it alone. I will keep you posted on Day 1 tomorrow

3 Times a charm

Well it's Monday Morning.. Aug. 10th. Woke up at 5am had a Bananna and 20 grams of Scivation Whey Protein. Sipping on some Vasocharge as i write and preparing for an unbelivable Day 1 Workout.. Today will be Chest and Back Day.

I am planning on 2 Sets of the following:

Deadlift
Bench Press
Bent Over Rows
Incline Dumbell Press
Pull-Ups
Dips
Seated Cable Rows

30 Minutes on the Elliptical Low Intensity Today

Let's Get it ON..
