I had just came off from my then longtime screenname MR. Widebody after getting banned. So I was still getting used to the new illustrious van Glorious screen name of DD. Even Clark Kent had to get used to being called superman at one time.

Getting involved in verbal dolla for dolla over racial comments directed at me. But back in the day it was prevalent on this board if not tolerated. But if you said something back then you would get banned.(shrugs) But that was back when I was super serious about this board so I took bubu **** like that the heart.
Now I just sit back and enjoy the show.

Yep. Nothing like some good ol' homegrown american racism to make me feel right at home. Racism is as american as apple pie.

Yeah. It's just ingrained in american culture. I never really understood just how deep it was until I started visiting other places overseas. But that's america for you. Hell look at the founders. "We hold these truths to be self evident, that ALL men are created equal". Ha,ha. Then George Washington goes back to his home populated and ran by SLAVES. You gotta love it bro. America the land of the free(to hate).

Oh. It goes both wayz over here. Some of the blacks in the bigger cities are worst than any kkk wannabe. That is why I HATE houston, atlanta, etc. But that's what you gotta love about the U.S.A. It's equal opportunity racism over here.

Yeah. I hate dumbasses like that. Every one of my relationships have always been biracial in nature so I 've heard it all. People can be such mindless pieces of **** over something so little. It is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE for blacks to act like that because they should know how it feels to be hated/discriminated against for no reason.
So why they would treat someone else in that manner is ****ing retarded. I wish they would burn in hell. I'd love to provide the gasoline to get them started on their way. Life is way too short to worry about such minute ****.

"You're right, it is pretty retarded. I'm sure they were just jealous though"
EXACTLY. In those situations it is all about jealousy. It makes me laugh because guys act like if that beautiful mocha princess was not with you, then she was going to holla at the very NEXT black guy that came along. Ha,ha.
"mmm, love those black women"
And I can see why you like a beautiful black girl. Some of them have an ass you can sit a quarter on. Ah yes. Memories. "Take that, take that." Lol! Dirty DD

No problem man. All of my old threads were "derailed" long ago. Why can't you get residency over here in the good ol' U. S. of A.?

Yeah. Back then my shoulders were around 55 1/2". They are now a little over 57". My routines have changed drastically over the years. I now mainly do presses from various angles.

It just wouldn't work out, not without a whole lot of bs and drama. Who would've thought it's so hard to get residency in America..
But I think we're probably done with this subject. It's time for me to be heading off to sleep anyway, I start work at 6:30am.

Hey man, just curious about these presses (from your first post on this thread- I went to one thread that listed [i]four[/] of your threads, and I've not been reading much else over the last few days! lol). Anyhoo, what would you count as a rep in this instance? e.g. Start with barbell BTN => Up to in line with forehead => Down to around top of sternum being one rep, or all the way back until barbell is BTN again?
As an aside DD, thanks for making these threads/posts and taking the time to respond to queries raised. From the shedload of reading of those four threads alone, it's pretty obvious that you're doing it for love of the game, and like the army of others here, it's definitely appreciated, so thank you- I know I'll be trying to use some of these in my next shoulder workout!

shall try these.
ive just started doing lateral raises (and I mean probably january this year) and I can see the development of my side delts (probably all the 2 years of my "bodybuilding", i only have 5 months of training my side delts). it looks thicker when i look down on my shoulders im not satisfied yet though, I'll give it until summer.
my shoulders looked sloped right now, kinda like a side view of a "falls" because my tris overwhelms my shoulder width.
DD, here's my routine (at least as of today), mind if you put your comment on it?
Military DB press - 1x8 (heavy),1x10(med),1x12 (med)
seated front hammer raises - 3x10
Side laterals DBs - 3x10
side cable laterals (body bent over with 6 o'clock to 3 o'clock movement) 2x10
read delts (machine) - 4x10
-----------------------------------
1. Also, I read somewhere that side lateral movement need not to be very heavy and actually, they need to be a decent light-weight because it doesnt take a heavy weight to develop your side delt...is that true? is it the same as the rear delt as well?
2. Is it ok to split my routine for my delts? say, press movements week A and side/read on week B. I'm thinking that the muscle groups would be too small to split (not like the back, which you can work on thickness on week A and width on week B)
Thanks in advanced sir

Good advice on that But where's the seperation between heads
You're wide as a house, however, respectfully ....where's the seperation between the side delt and the triceps, etc. you know making those side delts pop-out like a cannonball...being wide is one thing, having that delt pop-out is another......that may come from diet to see details!

-Two arm Butterfly laterals
-Front to back press( military to behind neck presses in one continous motion)
-Reverse overhead laterals
-Two arm behind thigh laterals
-Lying lateral raise
-Lying behind back lateral raise
-Lying behind knee lateral raise
Lying lateral raise Directions
For these my form is always my laying on my side usually on an incline. I am leaning on one elbow with my legs folded. From this position I can have my arm at my side (medial delts), arm behind me (Medial-rear delt tie-in), Arm behind knee(Medial-rear delt tie-in), and arm in front of thigh (Some anterior, Medial-rear delt tie-in). Each position I put my arm in when doing lying lateral raises hits my delts in a slightly different postion which really hits the the all important delt tie-ins which, when fully developed, will give you the cannonball delt look.
Butterfly Lateral
You do these by standing with two dumbells. You start of in a slightly leaning forward postion with the dumbells in front of your thighs. Then as you are lateraling the weight you straighten up and in the finishing position you should be slightly leaning back. If you do this one correctly and in one fluid motion you will have hit all three delt heads.
Front to back Presses
These are simply the military press and the behind the neck press combined in one fluid motion. Ever since I started doing presses this way I have seen alot more overall development in my delts.
Reverse overhead laterals
These are laterals done with a underhand grip. These have been excellent for my front delts.
Hammer grip Raises
I do these with my arms at shouder width with a hammer grip. I then raise them up in an arc motion till they touch over my head. These are also really good for the front delts.
Behind thigh laterals
These are just standing lateral raises with your hands behind your thighs and you slightly leaning forward. You then lean back as you are lateraling the weight up. These are also very, very good for the medial-rear delt tie in.
Also, when I do regular standing two arm lateral raises I will lean back at the end of the movement which helps to work the medial-rear delt tie-in also.
Well that is most of my routine, I hope you all will try at least some of the exercises I have listed here. I can promise you that if you are open minded and patient enough to use at least one or two of them, you will not be sorry. Good luck lifting.
