Thanks! for supps in offseason i take creatine, glutamine, and protein powder... for precontest everything is gone just chicken/tuna, rice/potatoes/oatmeal, and fibrous vegetables
Yes... my limbs are weak points for me i have a strong torso but weaker arms and legs so i am going to continue to focus on them and hopefully bring them up to match

im curious if you were on creatine during your pre-contest timeframe as I find I hold excess water whilst on it.

- Yes that is the same person and i am all natural... im not that big haha so i dont think it is that hard to believe.
- As for cardio i started at 5 weeks with an hour a day with a little bit of hiit in there... and then at 2 weeks i realized i was a bit behind so i bumped it up to 2 hours a day 7 days a week while weight training 5 days a week so it was a little bit intense.
- My diet was 3000 cals starchy carbs protien and fats every meal until 4 weeks and then i dropped the starchy carbs except for a bit of oatmeal in the morning for 2 weeks then cycled the oatmeal in and out of my diet every couple days for the last 2 weeks and ate mostly fibrous carbs.

Amazing job Dude and quite a cut. Two hours of cardio a day is tremendous. Did you do it all in one sitting? Or did you split the cardio up?

SH*t this is motivational. I soon have reached the bodyfat level where you began your diet. I would need to drop 30 pounds off too to get into competition weight.
I am now doing about 1 hour cardio / day and keeping calories really low. I need to check my weight next monday to see how I should progress, maybe more cardio and more calories.

Haha, I checked out the pics and though: "Oh here we go again, dude needs more mass." I open the next pic and go: "Jezus he is Jacked sh*tless! Very well done!
I wonder what your caloric deficit was during your cut. I am currently on a Keto diet, hard at work losing 40 pounds in 12 weeks too.
Thanks!

EWW to be honest I was more attracted to your 'fat' pics.
maybe it's the bronze stuff, but that's creepy too big.
that is my opinion, its still a great transformation

You say his competition physique is "creepy too big," yet you also state you're more attracted to his "'fat' pics." The flaw in that situation is that he's actually 40 pounds lighter in the post-transformation photos...
The "bronze stuff" is tanner competitors need to use in order to properly present their physiques under the extremely harsh stage lighting.

you really need to cut back on the fake tanning...... it looks ridiculous. You would look WAAAY better if you completely cut tanning. (no homo)
anways amazing transformation.

Absolutely incredible. Repped for what was clearly a hell of a lot of hard work. Congratulations.

Very impressive...would you be able to post your 5 day weightlifting routine or direct me to the routine if you have it posted elsewhere?
Thanks
