LOL at 'cheating'.
Whatever I want, I guess. I have no idea what a real cheat food meal is nowadays. I just ate a bag of skittles, would that be a cheat food? For dinner I had pork chops and three beers. Is that cheating???? If so then I 'cheat' pretty much seven days a week!

I had a huge cheat day yesterday, although I do not call my meals "cheats." I had a huge burrito at lunch and then Generals chicken in the evening. My wife and son were gone for the day so I went a litte crazy.

Pizza is nature's most perfect food. My next cheat is maybe going to be next weekend...still trying to decide...it will be 5 Guys if it happens at all.
Unrelated, I made shrimp and cream cheese scrambled eggs tonight and holygoodgod is that excellent, especially after I dusted it ever so slightly with some Parmeson...

Ain't that the best?? Don't get me wrong, I love my wife and kids more than anything, but it's bliss to have that quiet time. My wife goes out to play a card game with the other neighborhood mom's once a month. I wait for my kids to go to bed before I eat my dinner. I make a monster serving of french fries and chicken nuggets, sit my ass on the couch and eat until I give Homer Simpson a run for his money.
I have to agree with others also that pizza is the perfect food. Way back in my college days, I worked for 3 major pizza chains....Domino's, Pizza Hut and Little Cesears. Thank god I could eat like crap back then and not gain weight.

Let me look in my kitchen cabinets.
In the salt cabinet is ruffles sour cream and onion chips, fritos, and chef boyardee cans (oh and microwave popcorn).
In the sugar cabinet is frosted flakes, peanut butter cookies, and cans of fruit cocktail.
In the chocolate cabinet is cocoa krispies, hostess chocodiles, m&m's, and milky ways.
In the freezer are fudgecicles and twin pops.
And FWIW, pizza is not "junk food.' It's "carbo-loading."
