Honestly bro, I don't. But I am adding 12 sets of squats in my routine a week, 6 sets 3 sets x 15 reps, 3 sets x 8-12 reps, then adding leg press's in my back day in 2-3 weeks.

Man I wish I would have started at 19, but at that time did not think a soccer player need to lift , boy was I wrong.... good stuff keep at it and stay clean and you will be a killer.. and hit them legs , you want bigger arms , do legs , want bigger chest , hit legs ,, see where I'm going with this ... late!

from what we can see, good size and sym. to chest and arms. hows the back? as for legs, trust me, definately start going hard on them. i always slacked on them, and now i am having to go extra hard with them to try and get them up to par.

Looking to do the same but instead of 18.5" arms I'm looking for 10%bf.

my backs good & strong, starting deadlifts & squats asap. going to start working shoulders on a regular basis too, shoulders always hurt too much to do them before.
this is my goal size ::
