Interesting thread. I have been thinking about cutting but I'm afraid I'm not big enough to cut and still look big. I'm 6.1 and 223lbs right now with a lean body mass of about 178lbs. I know it's past time to cut but I just don't want to look too small. I'm being very careful not to add more fat while I still bulk, but I was wondering how I would look at 200lbs and 9%-10%. We will see.

if you have no muscle mass, of course a 6 pack on a 6 foot tall guy will look too skinny......Offseason I go to about 260, and still have what I call a "blury" six pac....contest ussually I can come in at about 220-225....I think I have a photo of me unpumped around 235 in my gallery

I actually have decent abs under my fat, I can feel every one of them. I just have a small chest so I am hitting that hard now.

at 200lbs 9% body fat i don't think you will look too small, not big but not small at all. It also depends on how you carry your weight.

I would think you'd want to get above 200lbs before worrying about a six pack if you were 6ft or taller. I'd shoot for 220 at least, then cut. My next bulk will be to 220-225 and I'm 5'10". I think a cut from this weight would yield a larger athletic physique but not so big you can't wipe your own arse.

I'm basically in the same boat as other posters. My abs are always visable around 195 at 6'1". That's kissing single digs bf. But, I'm top heavy too in that I carry my weight upper body as I don't train legs much anymore. So, people guess me 205-210. I'm around 190 at 7-8%. I'm slowly trying to keep same BMI and gain 5 lbs a year naturally. I can't do extreme bulks living on the beach!

This is pretty ripped for a 14% BF.
You also look pretty big for 187lbs at 6' in your picture gallery photos if that was your weight when you took those pics.

im 6'0 and go from 175-180 id say it just matters how u train ur abs if u want them to be deep and pop my experience is to do weighted exercises for them and deadlifts help a ton if ur hunting for a washboard look then ur probably just gonna want to do high rep body weight exercises but ur probably gonna have to be at a lower weight to really have them all there

I started cutting from 223lbs at 6'2", im now down to 211lbs. I don't want to go for abs yet because like others have already said i will feel too skinny lol. I will maybe cut another 5lbs or so and then bulk to about 230lbs. I think i will have good enough size to cut fully from there. Until i get the size im not interested in dropping too much bodyfat, as long as i don't have a gut its all good.

I had my weight down to 165 at one point and my 6 pack was very visable. I've put on around 10 pounds in the past 2 months or so and my 6 pack is starting to become a 4 pack again.
Look @ profile. I have my weight listed under each pix.

Glad this thread popped up. I kept thinking to myself that all the pics of the guys on here who are all ripped up were all under 6'0 feet.
Wanted to know I had something to look forward to at the end of my cut.
