I just got a bunch of suppliments...
Ok the thing is I am deployed and some one ordered a buch of suppliments and didnt want any of them, I want to bulk up more how should I take all of these suppliments? Should I stack them or should I not take some of them yet? Please enlighten me.
The suppliments I have been taking
Lipo 6 black
Acai Berry
a multivitman
and occationally some pro lab creatine (was another free Item I recieved)
Suppliments I bought last week and planned to start taking when I finally got on a gym schedule are.
San Myo Test
and Kre-Alkalyn (a creatine pill)
The new suppliments I just go for free are as follows.
Nano Vapor
Flavor-Blue raspberry fusion
2.2 lb. / 1 kg
Cell Tech Hardcore
Flavor-Fruit punch
6.71 lbs / 3 kg
Leukic Hardcore
Gakic Hardcore
Creakic Hardcore
My plan was to
do the LIPO 6
and finish the pro lab creatine till I leave this base about 2 months
then 2 months of the
san Myo Test
and Kre-Alkalyn (a creatine pill)
after that then start the new products.
Again I can really use some help if this message makes sence to any one.
