lol funny story, when I was 11 I took violin lessons...and I got bored so I put peanut butter all over it lmao instructer kicked me out and I had to work off the debt of the violin charge x__x
I can play the piano, learned a little bit of guitar but gave up
oh and we have close to around the same benches. Im at 225 for 3x5 on incline and i got a 1rm of 315 on flat bench. You look pretty damn amazing though. You count your cals or anything or just eat? how many you think your taking in?

i hear you on that.. Lol i think if i ate 6 pb and j in one day that would be enough for me to gain fat. Im really sensitive for some reason. But once i move out on the 15th and i can buy my own food i should be progressing much easier!
no point in it really, im at the house during the summer and i move into my apartment the 15th before college starts again.. So ill just wait for then before i start up counting all my macros and stuff. Otherwise i just make sure i eat a lot of protein and onlyhave carbs probably 2 meals out of the day. And i get my fish oils in. My diet needs to be more consistent, but i dont even really know how many cals i should be taking in while cutting.

yes.. im cutting now but im not tracking anything really. just trying to be smart about it. But once i move i can get into a routine and eat the same thing every day and whatnot. I dont reallyget bored of food anyway. Ill just have to find what works best for me
man you're lucky that you don't live in Hawaii, the food here is so expensive. That's another reason why I don't have a strict diet

Your body is 70% water
Your muscle tissue is about 75% filled with water
83% of your blood is also filled with water
Water also flushes out the toxins from your body
The volume of water can lead to both high/low blood pressure
Plus drinking a gallon of water will replace the fluids that you've lost in sweat.
Main point is...If you fail to drink enough water you will be weaker, have digestion troubles, slow metabolic process's, and very minimal muscle gains
