Skinny Kid Help
Well, I'll get to the point..
I'm a skinny kid who wants to gain weight and I have no idea what to do.
Age: 17
Height: 5'11'' ~ 6'
Weight: 160ish (I do not own a scale)
Help please!

you're not even close to being as bad as me, im 6'2" and 147 lbs. I look a lot bigger than I am, no matter how much I eat I don't gain ****ing weight. It's because I'm in cross country lol.
For your question though, eat a lot of protein, get around 3000 calories a day, and lift heavy weight low reps.

So far this is what I've got;
Eat 6 times a day (tuna, peanut butter, hamburger?, pizza?, wheat bread, eggs)
Focus lift on one area (upper body & lower body)
Sleep
