Yep...I already bought my plane tickets and reserved a room at the Orleans (the official hotel). I still haven't bought my tix to the actual Olympia contest. I heard the only tix available are $150? I think maybe I'll just check out the Friday night pre-judging instead?

That sounds cool. Where's the best place to train in Vegas? I have a 24 hr fitness membership, but I'm not sure whether there's one in Vegas? I think the Orleans might also have a gym?

almost ten days (ish) out from the day i'm heading to vegas.

those that want to meet up for a beer, make a suggestion. if we choose to meet up at the orleans, there's a little pub off of the main casino floor near the buffet, and of course the main bar on the casino floor, as well as my FAVORITE orleans spot...the keno floor! locations on the strip welcome too! just be sure to decide where and WHAT DAY.

anyone that wants to lift with other bb.com-ers feel free to set up a location for that too. i would love to, but i look forward to my two or three times a year when i get to have a beer!

i'll be checking in here for updates. bump if nec. please.

K. those that want to lift, can someone embed the gym map on the page. unless there is somewhere else you'd rather lift. not sure what the orleans gym looks like, but i won't be seeing it.

i'm trying to keep this front page for those that inquired.

those that just want to curl a couple beers, orleans or strip? friday or saturday?

We are having an Animal ABC event at Gold's Gym on Flamingo on Sunday you can train with the pros and the Animal crew for free.

I am going, SILVER VIP. First BB show and Totally stoked! Agree that the motivation I bring home from Vegas will last for a long while! Will take pictures and video. I will want to come on here anyways after the prejudging to get a consensus of what everyone things.

I am going as well! I just hope it is a little bit easier to navigate than the Arnold Classic was this year. I got the VIP package just as I did for the AC. Should be a SICK weekend and am looking forward to the expo as well as the big night. Will take hundreds of pictures for sure.

I got my leave approved to go... Right now between family & such at the very least Ill be at the expo on friday. Was hooked up with tickets being active duty. Still waiting on the follow up.

This is more my pre scout trip. Next year will be the full getaway. I only live about 4 hours from Vegas. So Im sure Ill hit the Mr O a few times while at this duty station.

I have to be honest right now kid at Xmas feeling.

i live here in vegas. i could probably answer some of you guys questions...

to the guy who asked about the strip clubs - hahaha, i dont hit the strip clubs (waste of money) but they have the largest strip club in the world here, its called Treasures and I think they offer steak dinner... there's also Minxx, thats where Pac Man Jones made it rain and shot up the club... floyd Mayweather talks about the Spearmint Rhino alot... there is another pretty big strip club about 3 minutes from the Orleans but i forgot the name.

On saturday im gonna be slamming some fools on they neck, then im either going straight to the Olympia or if i cant get a date im gonna watch the Klitschko vs Arreola fight at home and then you'll see me back at the Orleans getting drunk while playing blackjack and looking for Ronnie COleman. It's funny that you mention Mayweather as I saw Sugar Shane Mosley at the Spearmint last time I was out. Also Frank Mir was bouncing at the door. A little too crowded for my tastes. I was thinking of hitting up an after party on Saturday night. Jay is having his at some club in Planet Hollywood. Just looking for something to do on Friday night.

I booked my $125 round trip flight a few weeks ago, and took advantage of 2 FREE nights I got at the Wynn through a promotion! It's a $360/night room, and I can use the extra cash to go buy some extra supps at the expo (besides all the free samples!), or buy tix to the night show, or gamble!

As of right now, I am going solo (GF and friends didn't want to come), so if anyone wants to cruise the expo Friday morning, hit me up.
