If you're heading back to 40/40/20, how are you going to structure your meals? More particularly, are you going to do much for your carbohydrate and macronutrient timing? Or just evenly disperse them throughout the day?
I personally like truncating my carb intake and make sure that it's mostly carbs from the evening. Cut em off early, do morning cardio sans carbs, etc... not quite as effective as keto. But my strength and will to live took a nosedive on proper keto. Bleh.
Any pics too? Great log.

I will go back to traditional macronutrient timing, generally cutting off all carbs 3 or so hours before bedtime; I have a really odd workout/work schedule so it alot of time to restructure everything.
Dosed at 220mcg this morning again, no sides but I am sore as hell from yesterdays leg day.
No pics man sorry, but I do have before measurements for comparison come tuesday when I finish up.

I have been doing a good amount of research on DNP and it scares me honestly. I dont know if I will ever do it. When I come off the clen I will be starting a 4 week - Melting Point/Seasamin stack....
Then I will be clean bulking starting on June 1st, regardless of bodyfat, I want more strength/muslcle mass..

im fixin to run clen for contest prep, and i would like to run a NO booster with it. i know your not supposed to use an NO booster with ephedra, and since clen works on the same mechanism as ephedra should i not use it with the clen?
