Creatine. Also, the MET-RX Big 100 Colossal bars. I added about 70 pounds in nearly 6 years off of those. Take those colossal bars after your workouts, before, and for a nightime snack. You will gain weight. Also, cheesy pasta helps

Diet is most important. Get that under control and come back for supps.

Carbs and protein! Don't forget to consume fats as well. We need this for growth.
As far as supplements: A good protein powder. If your familiar with whey, these are a few I'd recommend. Scivation Whey, Xtreme Formulations Whey or Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey. You could always try a blend such as Gaspari Myofusion, awesome profile and tastes great.
I had awesome results with Gaspari SizeOn, its one of the best creatine supplements on the market.

Definitely a weight gainer. Also consider creatine, meal replacement/protein bars, glutamine, etc.

Weight gainers are a waste of money, imo. You can make shakes at home that taste better and have better ingredients. For example, this is basically always my post-WO shake now. I just adjust the portions to fit what I'm doing (ie: bulk, cut, etc). Add more oats and switch to milk instead of water when bulking and change the fruits as you see fit:
Totals for Meal Protein - 49.2 Carbs - 48 Fats - 6.7 Kcal - 456
ABB Pro Powder 2 Scoops 40 6 5 240
Yogurt 1 Cup 6 13 0 80
1/2 Banana 0.7 15.5 0.2 61
Oats 1/4 Cup 2.5 13.5 1.5 75
Water + Ice 1/2 Cup

Anabolic Pump and Supremecy work great for bulking due to their nutrient partitioning effects. MaxOut with AA is a solid non-hormonal anabolic to throw in that allows for solid lean muscle gains due to its extended usage time.
As long as your cals are high enough though, you are going to to gain weight, what you do with it will determine how much is muscle and how much is fat.

I would say in this order (well close to this order):
-Food
-INTENSE workouts
-Protein Powder
-Gainer if necessary
-Creatine
-Multivitamin
-Omega 3 fish oil to help keep cholesterol good while bulking
Then if feeling experimental
-Preworkout Creatine/Arginine/Nootropic etc. product
-Glutamine
-BCAA's

I would have to agree. If someone asks me "Pick One" it's either a good Gainer or a great Protein product.

I'm personally a fan of GABA, but if you're gonna do ZMA, buy the pills separately at Target or Walgreens. They're waaaaaaaay cheaper than any of the pre-made supps you can buy.

Anabolic Pump and Creatine for sure. They are great for cell volumization. When you increase the volume of the muscle cell, you increase protein synthesis!
