Monday April 9: Day 22

Dosing Protocol of CYTOLEAN: 3 caps upon awakening on an empty stomach w/ a liter of water 2 caps pre-gym later on in the day for a total of 5 caps of CYTOLEAN Daily.

Meal 3: 2:00pm "Quiznos" 1 large Black Angus w/ everything on whole-wheat w/ Sobe Lean to drink.
Meal 4: 4:30pm 8 eggwhites w/ 1 cup oats (Pre-Workout)
Post-Workout: 8:00pm 1 Prolabs Lean Mass Complex MRP.
Meal 5: 9:30pm 3 filets of grilled tilipia w/ 2 cups raw spinach.
Meal 6: 12:30am 1.5 scoops of ISS Micellar Matrix.

Summary

I was really pleased to see that I'm coming along in the gym so far. I've definetly noticed alot more vascularity and definition starting to sprout up eveywhere. My chest/Bi's had a wicked pump throughout my workout just making me feel uber excited. As days progress CYTOLEAN's effects have yet to diminish on me and I find myself to be fairly stim tolerant too or just grow accustomed to it vey quickly. Well its a new day so hopefully I can fit 2 day's of cardio and hit the gym, but school's starting to fairly hectic again... oh well.

Summary

Despite the crappy weather and feeling a bit sluggish yesterday I was able to muster enough energy to get to the gym. I was rather surprised how strong and energetic I felt and it really showed in my workout. I was able to blaze through everything with minimial rest on all my sets and just had great focus throughout my session. One thing that I noticed it that I was sweating quite alot during my workout... I'm not sure why just might be one of those days or in fact the gym was actually pretty damn warm. Still going strong today, but I'm dumb enough to schedule a no-carb day on leg day. Which I'm actually looking forward to anyhow even though my low back is somewhat in a not today.

Wednesday April 11: Day 24

Dosing Protocol of CYTOLEAN: 3 caps upon awakening on an empty stomach w/ a liter of water 2 caps pre-gym later on in the day for a total of 5 caps of CYTOLEAN Daily.

Pre-Workout: 2 caps of Cytolean about 40mins pre-workout w/ a liter of water.

Summary

Blasted through yesterdays workout in under 50mins tops! My training partner and I went hard at it with not rest just waiting for one of us to finish our sets then boom. I had a great time in the gym and was absolutely spent after that session, but it was fun to push myself and I'll be sure to throw in another interesting routine down the road. Right now things are still copasthetic (sp?) and Cytoleans seems to still be yielding positive effects on me (ie) appetite has been down or more controlled, energy still has been good throughout the day, and I'm still feeling well like a better sense of well being if you get what I mean. Well carbs are on the menu today and I look forward to shoulders later today too, its just with school coming to a close I have to keep my eye on the ball.

I'm sitting here watching apocolypse now redux and its looking at me.. mocking me... saying you can't have me... but you know what I can have it! F**K it! I will have it!

Well the deal is done I have just consumed one box of Fiber One Cereal w/ just about a whole carton of Chocolate Carb Countdown Milk all in one sitting. Do I regret it? Time will tell, but right now I feel pretty satisfied.

Summary

Had great energy throughout the day especially during my PM workout, so I'm pretty enthralled with that. As of right now things are about the same so nothing new to report.

Friday/Saturday

Friday was basically an off day for me, but I did throw in a quick session of bi's and abs just for something to do. Other then that I kept calories very low through out this whole weekend and carbs even lower... almost none really for about 3.5 days. Saturday I don't really remember, but I do remember having a great time. Today I decided to hit the gym so I'll go ahead and post that up a little later this evening.

After somwhat depleting myself of carbs I've definetly noticed that the inclusion today really helped with my workouts and the fact I look 100% better then the previous days of lower carbs. I've also taken in to account tonight that my bottle of cytolean seems to be getting ever so lonely Not much time till this log is over I know it will be a sad time, but all good things must end.

We are in the same boat

Well finally have internet again after the school pulled something, but I'm sadly informing everyone that this is my last day on CYTOLEAN. School has been very hectic and I'm just barely able to squeeze in the gym, so as far a final review goes... most likely this weekend.

Summary

Yesterday was definetly one of the better chest workouts I've had in a long time since being at school. I had a great mind muscle connection while I was working out and my chest looked wicked pumped too. I really enjoy using the smith for incline press, but the one here is a little odd it almost weighs more then a real barbell IMO. Still I think that allows me to really hit my chest hard no matter how heavy or light I put it. Well leg day is today and my head still kills, so hopefully it will be a great session .

Well starting out I just try and find a groove with it and once I get accustomed to using the jump rope I just go about as hard as I an for 2-3mins non stop unless I screw up, but we all know I'm better then that.

Great posts, played catch up this morning reading the whole thing. I'm very interested in most of the Gaspari products since my success with SP250 and Novadex. Glad to see this was extended. I just finished cycling through a competing brand of "fat burner" and was left unwilling to "re-up" with it. I just started another brand, but when I'm done, Cytolean is next on my list, thanks to your dedication and humor.
