Critique my pic please.
Hi, i have never worked out before and i am planning on working out at home using some duembells. Im gonna work on bicepts, tricepts for now so im just gonna do some curls. Please tell me how i can improve. also i dont plan on taking any supplements. Can i gain more wieght?
This is a pic of me now. having never worked out. i guess i am fit because i play a lot of sports.
PLease comment and tell me what i shoud do.
Btw. i am 17 about 5'8-5'9 and weigh about 135 lbs.

TRy this one and WORK THE MATH and just do it
this link gives you freedom to design your own exercises and adapt to your freeweights/dumbells
Also..is you dont have access to the equipment involved, go to the exercise tab on the supersite and find the ones that work the SAME group WITH dumbells.
that should do ya

Here is what i came up with:
Barbell bicep curl - 5 x 10 reps
Seated dumbell curl on incline bench - 3 x 8 reps
Barbell preacher curl - 3 x 10 reps
Reverse barbell curl - 3 x 12 reps
Dumbell Flat Press- 4 x 10
50 crunches
I am planning on doing this everyother day. PLease give me some input: D ALso i dont know how long too take a break between each set.
