I believe that's from synthol, not from any steroid injection. I saw that on nothingtoxic first.

idk ive heard about this kinda **** with some unreputable ugl labs...they dont properly filter their **** and re-use vials. this could also be from re-using a needle and very well synthol. or it could none of these and like said in the before post, just using it to scare people to go to the sponsered link and waste their money at that piece of **** site.
