db bench press im assuming... i thought db shoulder press and read the numbers than thought wow i am weak... regardless im weak still ha. op good job on the pr

Ha well it'd be impressive for me cuiz I kinda neglected my shoulders for a LONG time:/ I know... stupid move. But I'm really focussing on them more so I'm hopin to increase soon.

how old are u? I accomplished that two days before i turned 17. i hurt my wrist curling up the 80 pound dumbells though lol

I'm 17. Turned 17 July 4th lol. So my new goal is probably to hit the 100's for 5-8 in about two monthsish. We'll see. Starting to bulk again
