475 Deadlift Pr!!
I hit 475 today. it went like this..
225 x 8
315 x 6
365 x 6
405 x 6
475 x 1
I wasn't expecting to do 475 but my buddy was like try it. I looked messed up in this pic b/c i was yelling at my buddy b/c he was trying to figure out how to work the camera properly while i'm holding the weight. Heres a pic.

There are people in there but in different areas. It wa about 20mins. before close. Kiknskreem- no chalk or straps. I haven't gotten to the point whee i ever needed them yet. But by the time i got to this weight my grip wasn't so good b/c i did thumbless pull-ups and lat pull downs before i got to deadlifts.

Nice pull. Looks like you are taking a leisurely photo and not straining. My eyes usually bulge out like Arnold at the end of Total Recall. No belt, no chalk. Good job.

You look pretty casual there... Looks like you hardly broke a sweat, I think you have more in you.
Great pull and you look huge.

Dang... If you're pulling without a belt or even chalk, then you have a lot of potential to increase the weight before you stall out. Congrats on a great lift!

Multiple Squat racks!?!?!?! This must be a lie, it is illegal for a gym to carry 2 or more squat racks.

Yeah, but they're the non-adjustable kind. I don't like those because I can't squat in them without having to walk all the way out. Hopefully there's a power cage outside of the picture.
