Just one question though - I've been trying to copy your bench press technique (very wide grip), but find it really difficult because of the insane amount of pain that it causes to my wrists. Did you release your grip when bench pressing, or have any other special technique to take the preasure off of the wrists? Letting the bar rest in my hands without gripping it has been the only solution so far.
Thanks

Like every new technique something bad always happen, but after a few days or weeks everything will be back to normal.

i do have a question.. im having a hard time getting under 10% bodyfat i dont know what else to do. my body responds well to low carb intake so thats how i got this low in the first place but i seems like ive peaked in my diet.
so how can i break though this hault and continue to lose wieght. ive been dieting now for about 12 weeks

Please don't use any more this word BULKING, what that means, take ?ne kg of muscle for 10 kg of fat, be cleaver just take this one Kg of muscle.
About your diet, try for one month to eat only chiken, fish, red meat, eggs, but no one gramme of carb, but only one month and don't forget to take your COMPLEX VITAMINS and MINERALS but without suggar.

This contest is free for all SERGE NUBRET CLUB MEMBERS and many prizes will be awarded to the winners. Each winner of the seven categories wins a trip to Guadeloupe and more interesting prizes will be announced later as the contest progresses. This contest is international and we count on everyone to support their forums.
FOR MORE INFORMATION about the contest and how to compete by category, we invite you to visit at the following link, where you will find all the rules: http://www.sergenubret.com/muscleawards
To multiply your chances to be placed in this contest, you can ask your familly members, friends, training partners to participate! All finalist athletes will meet in Paris for the GRAND FINAL which will take place December 7, 2007. Everyone, competitors and noncompetitors alike, are all invited to attend this event which will become a great INTERNATIONAL FITNESS EVENT EVERY YEAR.
IMPORTANT :
Even those who do not have a computer and/or are not familiar with the internet are able to compete! You can help them by printing out the forms from our Muscle Awards Site and giving them to your training friends. As an internet experienced friend, you can help him/her or them; print and fill out the pages in which they can mail/send in their photos (or you can download them for them) for the forum which you belong. See my site : www.sergenubret.com/muscleawards for details.
The philosophy of this contest :
To use our greatest form of communication--INTERNET--to put together all the bodybuilders in the world by uniting all bodybuilding and fitness websites: www.planet************ , www.bodybuilding.com , www.ironage.us , www.getbig.com , www.musculardevelopment.com , www.milossarcev.com , www.musclexxl.com , www.onewayfitness.it , www.bbhomepage.com , www.uk-muscle.com , www.musclemayhem.com , www.body-building.ru , www.bbszene.de , www.muscletalk.co.uk etc. In this way we abolish borders--no need to travel any more to begin to compete! The first part of the selection will be online where every member of all of the different forums will be able to participate with voting (no more limiting the number of participation or competitors). That is exactly what the "SERGE NUBRET MUSCLE AWARDS 2007" is looking for: a new way to compete open to everyone all over the world whatever their age, fitness level and totally independent of any existing federations.
This Internet Competition will give you international status including publicity on over 25 forums who are taking part in this event representing over two million members (resulting in billions of visits in one year) who will see your photos and hear about your website and its members!
Forums which participate actively with the most quality and quantity of athletes will receive special prizes. And because of the SERGE NUBRET MUSCLE AWARDS all these forums will see their members increase and have a more active traffic by supporting their competitors. Every competitor can show their progress by updating and changing their old pictures to new ones as they progress during the year. Competitors will be able to compare themselves at any time to other competitors as well online. Friendships can be possible between competitors, over the geographic borders, by affinity or mutual interests. Outside of competition, our ambition is to create and enable friendships and relations between athletes all over the world.
We would love for you to join us and participate! We look forward to hearing your input.
Do not hesitate to ask us any questions. It will our pleasure to answer them.

Allright, I was working out on my back yesterday, and I was having a hard time doing the Cable Rear Pulldown and had to move my neck foward and then I came across this link.
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/betteru26.htm
Now, since getting an injury is the last thing I want to deal with, I was wondering if was ok to change these exercises:
Barbell Upright rows
Behind the neck pulldowns
Behind the neck shoulder press
Since the link showed that these exercises are the ones I should avoid, Since I'm kinda new to weight training I was wondering if it would be ok to alternate it?

While it is true that these exercises can injure you, it is also true that ANY exercise peformed improperly will injure you.
To avoid injury:
- Always use a weight that you can control for the entire movement and for all reps and sets. If the weight is too heavy you will use poor form to complete the movement and increase injury risk.
- Follow the unique needs of your body. Each person's anatomy is a little different, so some exercises are ok, while others will result in injury. For example - for me, front military presses hurt my shoulders, while behind the neck do not. Also, some people cannot do barbell bench press without shoulder pain, and have to use dumbbells instead.
If you find that doing these exercises causes you pain, then listen to your body and change it up. But don't change it up just because an article says to.

Thanks for the reply, I'm just a very cautious person and just want to verify if it's ok, since I don't want to get injured.

Try the movements with just the bar (without added weights) first to see how your shoulders and wrists feel with the movement. Then add weight as you feel comfortable.
Like with any exercise, form is critical. Many people deadlift and squat, but if not done correctly, these exercises could destroy your back. Work on form with very little weight until you have it down good, then gradually increase weight while maintaining good form.
