you just have to be comfortable in your own skin. dont care about what other people think or say about you. a confident person just exudes an attitude like they dont care. women can see confidence in a guy when the guy acts like he dont give a s*** whether the girl wants him or not. keep lookin up when u walk and dont walk staring at the ground all the time. if you make eye contact with a hot chick, just smile and act like no big deal. its all about being comfortable with who you are on the inside, no matter what you think you look like on the outside

You need to take an honest look at yourself and take notice of any insecurities you have. Fix those insecurities!

Women can easily see your confidence or lack of confidence, hell everyone can. Listen, life isn't just about getting females. Increased confidence will help you in the business world as well... it'll help you everywhere. People will see that you're sure of yourself and seem to have your shyt together. Most women like men that have leadership qualities... would YOU want to follow someone who doesn't have much confidence?

repped. action breeds competence which will lead to confidence. ex. riding a bike for the first time, you may be a little uneasy at first but even if you fail you are more confident you know what to do and what it'll take to learn how to ride

bein confident will help you out in all walks of life. No matter what your insecure about, it can either be changed physically or your attitude just needs to be changed. hit the weights hard, that will boost confidence a lot. just have the feeling that your gonna take life by the horns and make it your b****. when it comes to the females, remember it takes 50/50 to have a relationship. walk around like your the one thats a difficult catch instead of makin it seem like the chick is the difficult catch. a chick wants a challenge, and if she senses that you would be a challenge, then she is gonna be attracted to you.

Only insecurity I have is my height (5 foot 7) and I can't really fix that naturally lol.

i know how it is brotha. 5'5 here. We are in a diff relm, you automatically get no respect because you are a man and your short stature; so you need to work double as hard as someone who is 6foot average and has low self esteem. **** maybe even 3 times as hard. Find out what works for you. i found i get TONS of respect my having large muscles and men are more responsive and respective of muscles than women are. Women look to men as to what they should respect so if you have all the dudes in a room respecting you, all the women will too.

Gotta figure out what works for you and how to carry yourself properly because we can be seen reeeal fast as having a napoleon complex

Man I have a friend thats tiny .. like way less then 5'7 .. His more confident then people that are 6+ because he doesn't sit there feeling sorry for himself for his height..

No one in this world is perfect.. EVERYBODY has something that is not optimal and therefore anyone who can exude complete confidence has had to mentally get past these problems.

I don't know what its like to be small and I don't claim too .. but really .. I can't see it as that big of a drawback (especially the most alpha person in my mind was smaller then most (Bob Marley))

Something that helped me talk to women and gain confidence is porn.

I just left it on and sat down in a comfortable position, (fully clothed) and casually watched it like an ep of 24.

After that, when things started going well with women, I didn't freak out and do something stupid.

Well, you can't change the core look of your face - if it's something thats really bothering you then I don't see why surgery isn't an option. Think of it this way; women get boob jobs all the time, but your face is faaaaaaaaaaar more important feature wise.

Women natural instincts are to survive and reproduce. That's the bottom line. When a women meets you she will figure out quickly if you fit her needs. I.E. (looks, career, assertiveness)

To me, confidence goes hand in hand with integrity. If you live your life with integrity and you look out for the comman man and you genuinely try to do good, your confidence level increases. Outside of that, if you are walking somewhere - walk with purpose, walk like you've got to get there and get there soon. Keep your head up and your shoulders back and make eye contact with everyone you pass. You can also show confidence by being a servant-leader. If you've got people who work under you, help them with their job every once in a while, offer to get them a cup of coffee or buy them lunch. Maybe this isn't so much about confidence as it is about building people's respect for you. But, I guarantee you one thing - you help out the guy at the bottom of the food chain and you've got a friend for life.

You have to consistently put yourself out of your comfort zone. Speaking and acting confidently will come natural after you learn what kind of things you can say/do to give you the results that you're looking for.
