Looking for a workout to get fit for your sport?
Well, here's a workout that might benefit you in your sport. Or if your just training to get ripped, built, and fit for any occasion.
PUSHUPS
Regular: 4 sets of 25
15 second break in between sets.
CRUNCHES
Scissors: 2 sets of 15
Regular: 2 sets of 30
20 second break in between sets.
LUNGES
Straight Leg: 3 sets of 10 (1 rep for both legs)
45 second break in between sets.
JUMPING JACKS
Regular: 2 sets of 50
30 second break in between sets.
MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
Regular: 4 sets of 25
60 second break in between sets.
TRICEP DIPS/CLOSE-HAND PUSHUPS
Tr. Dips: 3 sets of 15
C-H Pushups: 3 sets of 12 (make a diamond with your hands together)
For both exercises, take a 45 second break in between each set.
CURLS (OPTIONAL IF YOU HAVE DB's -or- BB's
4 sets of 15
30 second break in between sets.
SITUPS
4 sets of 12
Each set take a 35 second break
HIGH KNEES (YOUR LEGS SHOULD STILL BE TIGHT)
2 sets of :30 seconds
:60 break in between sets
