I need some help!

I am lifting with a pretty good program, and havebeen for about two years. I have lost 25 pounds and feel like I look pretty good all things considered. I am not seeing size increase like I would realy like to. Plus I am not seeing any new size or real solid definition in my upper chest and upper cleavage of my chest. Does anyone know what I can do to develope this area?

Thanks.

I had the same problem. Reason why I bought Arnolds Encyclopedia of BB. Lots of good info in there. I found out i wan't taking in enough protein for one. And my excercises were focused to much on small muscle groups. I don't know how your WO look right now, but really it could be a lot of things.

I am lifting with dumbells.

Incline dumbell press 4X10, 8, 6, 6
Machine flys 4X10
Sometime pushups
Sometimes dumbell flat bench 4X10, 8, 6, 6

I follow that set to rep ratio on most of my body part lifts.

Back, arms, legs, shoulders
