Great job! Keep on hitting the iron
oh and, you will look better lean and with lower fat, gives way better definition to the muscle (so don't be scared of losing the weight). After that go on a clean bulk and see what that gets you..

Looking good. Arms back and chest are great. I would say you could use a bit more mass in your shoulders (just my two-cents). How are your legs?

Legs are a bit of a weak point. I have always hit them hard but they are a little slow. They aren't terrible though. I will post some this evening if I get time.

Thanks!!! Yeah, I hit them hard but I am in a calorie deficit, so I can't expect much growth if any. I use 205 on barbell shrug right now for 3x12. I figure when I start bulking they will respond pretty well. Thanks for the advice. Will rep on recharge.

Anyone want to take a stab at my BF%? I usually test 3 times and do an average. My calipers are reading me at 16% right now. I know guessing is hard and very inaccurate but I'm just curious as to what you all think.

Great progress. I'd say you need a good bit of shoulder work to balance out everything.

Thanks for the comments everyone. Wow, are my shoulders really lagging that bad. I always thought I had decent shoulders. But, I guess that's why I asked for opinions.

you're doing great bro. Don't worry too much about the extra skin around your lower abdomin, most people get it with extreme weight loss like this, I did too.

Actually, no loose skin, I am happy to say. My skin has been tightening up pretty well as I go. I just still have some fat there I need to shed. I have, on average, steadily lost 2 Lbs. a week, which I believe is optimal for avoiding the loose skin. That way you skin has a chance to keep up with the fat loss.
