Supplement to cut water weight?
Hi Guys... I am wondering if you guys can give me some advice on the best supplements/ foods I can take to cut off the body water weight...

yea dandelion. Products like MHP-Xpel, MT hydrazyze (somethin like that), and taraxotone...
Or eat a sh't ton of asparagus and remove starchy carbs... Is there a reason why you need to drop water?

agreed, just drop your sodium intake. Dehydrating yourself with any kind of diruetics = bad. BUT I guess you could try drinking some Tea with caffeine, that might suck some water out of you.
