HELP! SERIOUSLY! upset stomach relief?

what can you do to relieve and upset stomach? like throwing up,etc.

Try a soda. Or peptobismal or tums.

What you can do is take some pepto tabs and call it a day or lay down and put a warm rag on your stomach. That usually helps me out. You can also drink sprite and obey your thirst for that upset stomach.
