lol. I been kinda laughing anyway. UPS man. I believe the only two methods BB.com uses is Priority Mail and FedEx I bet that was fun though. I imagine after a while you start wondering what all else you are going to have to add to get the right total! It would have taken me forever!
Lemme know how that Aplodan works.

roflmao, that would be priceless! I stand corrected though, they must use UPS sometimes then. I like the FedEx people that usually deliver my bb.com orders. They are pretty kewl.
Learned something about deadlifts the other day. I was doing them in my regular running shoes. Guy gave me a tip to save my shoes and to make the technique even better to use flat soled shoes. Picked up a cheap azzed pair of flat soles and poof, my deadlifts AND squats are even better. My dumbazz should have thought that through before. A running shoe is going to push you towards your toes as per your running stride and you want on your heels for proper form. I slapped my forehead in a big DOH, when he told me to try flat soles.

yes Pack. chucks or even generic chucks are fine for deads. i do them barefooted currently.
Keep up the healthy life style people.
also remember as long as you do the healthy lifestyle over time it is fine. one day or even a couple weeks (as long as you dont have a show coming up of course) of upping carbs to 500-1000 per day yes you read that right is fine. in fact your insulin stores are so low you benefit.
just do not it all the time and carb cycle.
example 12 weeks to a show low carbs(always keep protein high)
4-6 weeks after high/higher carbs
4 weeks lower carbs
8 weeks moderate carbs
6 weeks lower carbs
8 weeks higher carbs
..and now its time to do a 12 week contest diet
(that adds to about a year) I just made that up you can do it many different ways...remember too much of carb restriction can backfire.

yes so far i love this site. I cant tell you how much times it saves me. The only thing that has worked to keep me skinny is writing down my food intake daily. Now I dont have to buy journals anymore. i looked in to the PC version and am going to pass. I can get what i need from the free one. Although i think if you compete or do a contest it is better to use the advanced version . . .

I have been SOOO busy lately! Holy Cow! This thread blew up - I have a lot of catching up to do.
Hope everyone's training is going well. Can't wait to order then post my MuscleTech choices. I have an idea what I'm after - CellTech, Gakic, Aplodan, Alpha Aminos, Vitakic, Leukic, NaNO Vapor, Myoshock, Cryotest.... actually.... just about EVERYTHING!
Anyway - if I haven't replied to your PM or comment yet, fear not.... I'll get to it as soon as I can!

I like the nano vapor. Pretty dang good pumps, I just hated the Orange flavoring. It gave me headaches from time to time as well, but they didn't last long. Never tried the Myo, lemme know how good it is.
Now on to that aplodan. Is that really good stuff? If so, what is it good for? Muscle retention, pumps, energy, cutting, gaining, etc?
It was soo kewl to see your final pic up on the SuperSite there for about a week. Again, so proud of you, bud!

I read it. Thanks for being patient. I've just been so busy with work this last month or so that I barely get time to read. That's why I've been so quiet around here, too. This is the week of our national sales conference - very busy time of year for us. There's a LOT of catching up to do on the forums... including responding to all of my PMs.

Did you try a different flavor? Was it the flavor causing issues? Those headaches could've been from the stimulants and/or increased blood pressure. I remember you saying something about that during the contest. I'm looking forward to trying it out.

It helps with muscle fiber activation. After I started taking it through the competition, I noticed an increase in strength. I think with Aplodan and NitroTech I was able to actually put on some much needed muscle through the first half of my transformation.

Thanks man! I was excited to see it, too!
Now I think I have an idea how Ruben felt with his transformation of the week! It was cool to see him up there!

No problem, I can be patient
Not sure what caused the headaches with it. I didn't try another flavor of it. Mostly due to the headaches. It could have been a blood pressure thing at the time too as you suggested. I later used the rest of the Orange flavor. The flavor was terrible but the headache wasn't really there.
As for the aplodan I think if and when I do a minor bulk I will have to get some of that!
Yeah, Ruben got Transformation, Trans got one, and Kenwoojens1 got one that I can remember off the top of my head. Oh, IronDiva got one.

A serving of Nano Vapor has 12 grams of carbohydrates. Is it possible, since you are diabetic, that you were having a carb reaction?

With the carbs... I'm not sure. I don't think so, but with the combination of this at the time it could have been a problem.
Yeah, you are right, Skinny did have one of those as well. I didn't leave him out on purpose. Glad you reminded me!

Way to go, Rubes00!!! Lotsa love for you!
Throughout the contest I was so busy that all my "online" time was spent with this single thread. After the contest I was too busy to hit the site much. I simply missed a lot of the transformations of the week. Congrats to all! Everyone mentioned works hard. I'm happy to see you got some recognition for it.
