Overnight Urination?

op when I was late thirties if I stopped liquid consumption at around 8 pm I could make it all night...now not a chance once or twice a night ...

I dream I'm in the Sauna with the university cheerleaders.....maybe we can't have the same dream at the same time.....some kind of universal law or something....just sayin....

I had a bad experience in a sauna at the local Y a few years back. I walked in and to my suprise noticed two 50 somethings sitting naked on the wooden benches. I sat down and they continued to talk to each other. One of the guys got down and started stretching in front of me. His "friend" left so he started talking to me while he was doing his stretches. I was a little uncomfortable and have not been to a sauna since. Not sure he if he was hitting on me or what.

What if we dream of different cheerleaders? How about cheerleaders from opposing teams? Hell, I'd settle for the girls that just missed the cut and ended up becoming librarians! It's been a while since I've had that "really good pee" dream and all this talk is getting me worried

With my luck I'll dream that I'm in the sauna with the cheerleaders...and I'm peeing on them!

I usually wake up once a night. It sucks because when I was younger I could sleep until noon. Now I'm lucky to make it to 9:00 even with a pee break...
