Should I take that or just regular micronized creatine during cut? If so, how much and when?
Thanks!!

Yeah, just put a plate on your ass/lower back.
I'm not a big fan of NO products so I'd take regular creatine but that is just me.

honey, a good diet is 80% of the result. eat clean and healthy(and i dont mean starvation or tasteless food) and you'll see the result you want!

YOu have same build as me, tall, and similar weight... im 6'2 185 and have almost the exact same stomach and what not... I keep my abs semi flexxed a lot of the time though, so it doesn't look like that for me unless i am relaxxed... It will be easy to get rid of but right now I want to add more mass then i'll worry about having a completely flat stomach... You should do the same if you continue to cut you will look mad skinny... 6'1.5 and 175 is pretty light bro. If you eat clean, and do some type of cardio every now and then you will see results in size, and leaning out, i am having good results right now.. I jump rope about 5-6 min a day, on saturday I run 1.5 miles for time, and sunday I swim.. Only real reason I run and swim is bc im training for BUD/s, but it seems to be working for me in a bodybuilding aspect too.

Lifting isnt gonna get those abs out. Abs are made in the kitchen bro! Hows your diet look? Consistency? Remember, the key to ANY goal is going to be 50% consistency, 40% nutrition and 10% effort!
