how easy do you reckon it would be to hide the murder of the next kid that asks about 'getting abs'?

that's gonna be a tough one... Or for the lulz you can just give em false advice on how to get abs..
ie:
well your abs are the only muscle group in your body that are located above your fat. Believe it or not, you'd have to gain fat in order to squeeze the abs against the skin and make em show more. Not too much fat tho. Also if you want tone abs, do 200 situps in the morning, and 200 at night. The situps at night are important because they rip your muscle fibers and when you sleep, your functions shut down, so the body can absorb nutrients into the muscles faster so you can get those rock-hard abs.

To get those abs showing
Boost up your cardio and perform interval sprints
around the 400m running track sprint 100m then jog/walk 100m then sprint then jog and so fourth.
Do about 5 laps of this.
You could also do an endurance such as swimming. I find swimming tones and rips my muscles more then anything!
Lastly, eat less of the high fat foods

5 best things to do.
1. Watch what you eat
2. Run
3. Bike ride (also is fun...)
4. cardio aka. jumping jacks, jump rope, running in place etc. so many choices : P
5. dont stop lifting, you lose fat from lifting so keep doing it.
Hope this helped...
