Need help...dang body fat!

Need help losing body fat and not sure what to do I?m 6?3 and weight 270 lbs. Most of my body fat is (of course) around the mid section. I would like to maintain my muscle mass and current weight while shedding the fat. Any suggestions (exercises, duration, supplements etc?) on what to do would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ice

Check out the stickies at the top of the forum.

I'll tell you to weight train and target all muscle groups at least once per week, consume 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body mass and reduce caloric intake until you start seeing results. Simple as that. Drinking lots of water and possibly taking a multivitamin and some fish oil pills would probably be a good idea.

I would give you similar advice, except suggest that you include HIIT exercise three times a week on alternate days. Really, it all comes down to diet, adequate protein, HIIT, lifting heavy, and consistency.

Cardio isn't needed for fat loss which is why I didn't mention it.
