Help taking supplements

Hi guys. I have a question about supplements. Right now I am trying to lose fat in order to see my abs and build leans muscles and I am overwhelmed question about supplements.

Supplements I bought:

100% Casein Protein
100% Whey Protein
Micronized Creatine
No-Xplode

Loading Phase:

Morning : 100% Whey Protein/Micronized Creatine [5 Grams]
Noon:Micronized Creatine [5 Grams]
Pre Workout: Micronized Creatine [5 Grams]/ Protein Bar
Post Workout:100% Whey Protein/Micronized Creatine [5 Grams]
Night:100% Casein Protein

Normal Phase:

Morning: 100% Whey Protein
Pre Workout: No-Xplode/Protein Bar
Post Workout: 100% Whey Protein/Micronized Creatine
Night:100% Casein Protein

Non Training Days:

Morning:Micronized Creatine

Question: For the loading phase, should I include NO-Xplode for the pre workout or should I just leave it for creatine, also give me tips to adjust me the schedule. Thanks.

You dont need to load creatine. 20g/day is way too much. If it makes you feel better, you can use 10g for a days, then scale it back to 5g, but you could just use 5 from the start.

Use your whey in the morning and postworkout. Put 5g creatine in your pwo shake.

Use the casein before bed. Eat a cup of cottage cheese, too. Maybe some peanut butter.

No need to load creatine just take 5 grams daily with grape juice or whatever and stay hydrated.

Take one whey shake in the morning and one post-workout. Since your goal is too lose fat I'd mix it with water.

Take 1-3 scoops N.O. Xplode pre-workout (I started to build a tolerance to the stims pretty quick so you'll burn through a tub of it fast if you need to use 3 scoops everytime.) Also there's creatine in it so take your mono post-workout.

Post work-out take your whey shake and throw in 5 grams of mono and have a gatorade or something too. The carbs in it will help repair muscle tissue and the dextrose in it will help transport the creatine into your muscles.

For your pre-bed meal you can make a casein shake like this:
1-2 scoops of your casein powder
2 tbs of natural peanut butter
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1 cup or more of milk
Blend it up and drink it.

Otherwise just take your casein shake with milk pre-bed.
Hope this helps.
