JaCee's Fitness Goals...
Hi everyone, I'm JaCee & I hope that by writing an unline journal, I will remain inspired & motivated to continue improving my body despite some recent & severe setbacks.
For starters I've had 4 children & seem to be getting a slow start in bodybuilding. Granted my body responds swiftly to weights, but I didn't get serious about completely sculpting my body until 2005 after the birth of my last baby. I've always admired women with 'poppin' muscles & hoped to achieve that look for myself. When I was with my ex, I suffered from severe body anxiety, meaning I NEVER wanted him to see me naked with the lights on! I was so ashamed of what pregnancy had done to my previous model figure. I ditched him & soon realized that weight lifting could transform me. Since I married my husband in 2007, I'm really working at making a turnaround. I can now see a six pack, I have obvious delt muscles & I love the fact that my a$$ is round & high! (A fact my hubby loves as well!)
I can't wait to start sending in my comp cards again to various mags & compete in my very first competition! Of course I will go into more depth in future postings, but have to deal with my four year olds tantrum as of this second. Time out!

Thank you so much. My kiddos do keep me constantly running, but I find satisfaction in setting an example of healthy living.

I got my new OXYGEN magazine a couple days ago, as well as Reps & MuscleMag & let me tell you those always do it for me! After I read them front to back, I'm so psyched to work out, I literally falling over by the time I'm done.
Another thing that fires me up & call me weird, but seeing other really toned women inspire me to kick some iron ass. I'm very competitive so I want to look just as good as the next girl. Muscle heads turn me on, but fit chics get me going! (no lesbo)
Today I'm reconfirming my fitness goals by eating 100% clean, walking/jogging my 5 miles & working on my delts, lats & biceps with 10 & 15 lb dumbells. I want my leopard print bikini top to look awesome with a great pair of arms, plus I like arm wrestling guys & making 'em beg me not to embarrass them in front of the guys. Just a win - win situation if you ask me!

Suffering from severe DOS today. I did squats, walking lunges, donkey kicks & calf raises by the 100's yesterday & boy am I ever feeling it! Been doing good with the clean eats & getting in 6 miles per day on my walks. I can feel the weight dropping off & the endorphins are working their magic. I likey!!!
