I'd personally either use Formadrol Extreme or T911

day 8: back/biceps. great workout. getting stronger. weight is steady as I am trying to lose fat. Quick bicep measurement is 18.25". a quarter inch gain. I am not trying to increase arm size but it is a easy way to show progress as they are indirectly worked out with back and chest. day 9: rest day. So far I feel alot tighter. Next week I hope to see a reduction in waist size. I am not using this as a bulk cycle for which it seems to be designed for. I am happy with the progress. If I were to increase calories, I would probably would have gained 2-3 pounds at this point.

Thanks for the review!
...to answer the question about PCT: I'd go with T-911 and a natural, herbal test booster such as Blue Up, T-bol, or Post Cycle Assist.

I am in to day 20. I have increased my calories to 2800-3000 a day. Most from protien. I have been in a constant hunger state. I have gained some size and about 3 pounds. My strength is increasing and I recuperate a hell of alot faster, so I have added a extra day workout. I will get into more detail in a couple of weeks while I am into pct.

Mate, the thread is titled Lg's Trifecta Stack Review and you come in here and bash it. I thought supplement reps might have better manners. I dont 'pop' into your companies threads and throw around language and comments like that. At least educate the guy rather than make blanket statements.
To the OP, great, let us know how we can help you with your stack man, people do get great results on this stack. PM me anytime for help.

alright boss, today i finally received my stack including the I-GH-1 bottle I'm debating on starting it on the following Monday (today was my Thurs.). And I was hoping for suggestions based on previous experience with the said product. Namely in regard to a bulking diet (at min. of 200g of protein a day) opposed to what I'd like to call a slimming diet (under 200g of protein a day) also, ZMA? Would you recommend it or is it overrated? DO TELL!

folks, i want to cut down to 5% bf, Im sitting close to 9 percent right now. Im sure i can pull it off in 4 wks but i want some extra insurance for my muscle or even slightly increase it. Is the trifecta stack suitable for cuts also?? Anyone or anywhere i has had experience withit on a cut??
