The Beast is back
Well, its been a long time since I logged on. Since the last time I logged on, I won State in Wrestling, signed to Wrestle in College, and got a whole new workout plan. I recently redid my profile from clean slate so go check out my stats. This is my usual workout. Sometimes I have to change it up to fit my work schedule, and sometimes Im just to tired to do anything haha. A usual week goes like this:
Monday.
Weights- Chest, Tri's, and Shoulders
Cardio- 1 mile of Jog/Sprints at 100 yard intervals, Swim
Tuesday.
Weights- Legs, Bi's, and Back
Cardio- 2 Mile Fast Pace Run, Swim
Wednesday.
Weights- Full Body ( Dead Lifts, Power Cleans)
Cardio- Swim, 10 minutes of Jump Rope.
Thursday.
Weights- Chest, Tri's, and Shoulders
Cardio- 1 mile of Jog/Sprints at 100 yard intervals, Swim
Friday.
Weights- Legs, Bi's, and Back
Cardio- 2 Mile Fast Pace Run, Swim
Saturday.
Speed Training
Sunday.

Never actually did deadlifts or cleans before I started the College workout in April. As a matter of fact, my form in everything sucked, as did eveyone elses, until we got a new weights coach

either way if you won state wrestling, no doubt you are a beast. i understand wrestling is a very hard sport, especially to train for (no ****) so props to you

Which State you from? Some states have multiple state champs(Which is dumb they should have like they 4 state champs in that weight then make them all wrestle like with semi finals and state finals)

i made it to states once and then I got mono (soph year) then i didn't wrestle as good ever again for some reason.
