I cut out 1 meal a day - I upped my walking a bit and that's it. My strength, size, energy have all gotten stronger or stayed the same from when I was in the 240's. Couldn't be any happier. Just wanted to post an update...it's been a long while!
Best,

Hey, Evan.
Talk about a blast from the past. You used to post here all the time and then disappeared.
Still one of the best physiques that's ever been on here man. You could always motivate so many of us to work harder in the gym. Good to see an update and good to see you're still in phenomenal shape.

Great mass, especially on a taller frame. Great job.

Hey Evan! Always good when you provide updates. Look great, as always, regardless of whether you're bulked or lean. Not many people can match your results -- the combo of great genetics and intensity of workouts is too much. But what remains inspirational for everyone is how you've stayed with the workouts despite demands of college and career, and have made staying fit a constant in your life! All the best as always! Hope you will keep providing updates and info.

It's been a while hasn't it?
Thank you for the kind words, I've been training harder than ever and I'm supremely happy with the results so far. It requires more diligence than in the past but as I get older, I want to condition my body to maintain this level of fitness (for as long as I can).

Fantastic shape (but I can't help laughing at the thought of "getting older" at 27.)

It only gets harder after you hit 30, buddy. lol
I'm 33 and if I take a couple of weeks off, I feel it. Of course, I'm nowhere near the shape you're in, but if I want to stay really fit, I've got to be consistent all the time.
Keep working hard and keep us updated.

Nice work, pretty much exactly what I'm shooting for at your same height.

Haha not quite. I can get up 240lbs although if it were a solid dumbell and not stacked ID imagine I could go heavier. I'm curling 110's can't break through there but I don't think my body could handle more. I've been concentrating on my tris quite a bit and have seen some small improvement there. It's helped my regular pressing too. I can now rep out 150's on the incline bench press and 130's on the Arnold press for a few.

I'm lucky that I've always been able to pull well. From the first day I picked up a dumbell I could row with 80 pounds. It's just how I'm built I suppose. I've had to work much harder with my pressing and legs to keep things in balance. I probably should force myself to go heavier with legs but I keept squats and stiff leg deads in the 400-450lb range and don't force the issue too much. Leg press is where I usually push it a bit harder.
