Ok im making a grocery list:
B/S chicken breast
tuna
shrimp
eggs
lowfat yogart
steak
nonfat milk
oatmeal
sweet potatos/yams
carrots
bananas
flax oil
This is looking goos so far but i have a problem. I want some stuff I can make for work, like salads and sh!t. Im out of the house 75% of the time, but it seems like everything healthy like steak and eggs i cant exactly make at work. Any ideas?

dude its pretty easy. go on a cut, if you start to think you are getting too skinny then bulk again. You have a considerable amount of fat on you currently so id say cut until you get to where u want to be fatwise, then cleanbulk from then on.

Eat at a calorific deficit so you lose a pound a week, it's gonna be a long 6 months but you'll be cut by january and pretty jacked by next summer. Good luck brah.

Just hit your macros dude when you are cutting. Find out your daily maintenance calories and subtract 600 from that. Then eat your bodyweight in protein. Good carbs.. bad carbs w/e it doesn't really make that much of a difference as long as you hit your macros and are under calorific maintenance.
The importance of it goes like this...
Calories first... then macros.

I'm not sure. I know it has a lot to do with artificial sweeteners, etc. As long as it's just 1 or so a day you should be alright, but if you are downing like 4+, I'm guessing it might have similar effects...

Eat at a calorie deficit, lift 3-4 times a week, do cardio 4-6 times a week. Take bcaa's when u do a lot of cardio or you might lose muscle. Do HIIT or do some kind of intense cardio once or twice a week like a cardio boxing class (most gyms offer something like this for free). The weight will come off pretty fast if you stick with it. If you're going to take a supp I would reccommend Mitotropin or Lean Xtreme but keep in mind it wont make a difference if you're not doing everything else right.

if i were you i'd cut and do cardio, and lift 2x/week, then worry about putting muscle on later.

Find a wall.
Back up to it and make sure your calves, your ass, the top of your back, and the back of your head touch it.
Stand there like that for awhile and develop some "muscle memory."
Step away.
