and no i don't try to defuse every negative comment. Some are just exaggerated, IMO, while others aren't. If someone overly praises some lackluster pic then I'll call that person out on that as well, as I often do when people post pics of Levrone hitting a most muscular in that one pic where he has zero brachialis separation.

I think Jerome just turned 38. Pretty sure he's 2 years younger than I am.
He looks amazing, and, he's added about 5 pounds. So, dead on the money, he should be 240-241 or so. Up 5 pounds from the 2005 USA, when he was 2nd, and 236 pounds.
The show is 56 hours from now, so, we'll have answers very quickly now.

Show the pic you think is bad because of lack of brachialis seperation.

not bad overall, but what's bad is people praise his arms...and then post a pic which ain't that flattering for them, especially when there are awesome pics out there where his arms look great.
Anyways, here's what I'm talking about.
edit - sorry for hijacking this thread, lol

Well I don't know about you but that pic is flattering me. (no homo) It's not the best pic of his arms ever but noone is gonna look at that and think he has bad arms.

What I'm saying is people sometimes post that as a pic in those "best arms" threads. To me it isn't in contention because it doesn't show separation of the brachialis, much more emphasis on size. There are other pics out there that actually show his size AND separation. People just sometimes choose to put up pics that don't support their arguments even if their arguments themselves are pretty good. Kinda like when people say Jay looks horrible and then they post a picture of him hitting a side triceps pose, which he looks awesome in.

You are right. Didn't took much atention. He is obviously dry in the hams from the side and intercostals. Not much more running in his favour, soft glutes, soft from the back, some lower-back fat, little to no detail on brachialis, chest and shoulders.

Pleasing physique, but looks as though he lost some size, and he needs to be harder, especially from the back.
