Good looking workout, K ! The gym is most definately one of the best stress relievers. The workouts will help clear your mind, particularly when it's full of academic mumbo-jumbo! It is so great to get physical after long days of hitting the books and working for da man!
Nice progress! Keep it up!

Sorry to hear this, Kat. How long have you been in the new position? Sometimes, the first few months of a new job can be awful while you are learning your way around. Keep your chin up, you'll do fine

Get this meals in chicka! It's muscle building time!

Actually, Im pretty sure bench is supposed to be first in the program but I sometimes change up the order depending who is in the gym and what available.
I think it will get easier over time....I hope!

I'm only a month into the position and was just thrown out on my own. I'm the only one responsible for my duties, so I have no team to fall back on. Thanks! I'm trying

Hi Guys! I'm sorry to say this but I think I am going to take a small break from the boards. If I am going to post on here, I want to be able to support all of you too and right now, I have too much going on so something has to give. I am about halfway done my program, it coincides right with my last semester of classes! So, I still plan on finishing out my program and THEN I will back on here as I start my new program after that in about 7 weeks. Thank you for all of your support along the way and......'DON'T YOU FORGET ABOUT ME! DON'T DON'T DON'T DON'T!!' (Sorry 80s flashback ) I will be back, I promise you that. You have NOT seen the last of me and I will be here throughout my journey to the stage. See you all soon!
