Even tho I'm an atheist myself this was fun to watch (even if it wasn't a fair debate). Regardless of what you believe this is a classic example of what happens when people get their own beliefs challenged:
Step 1 - Try to respond rationally
Step 2 - Get emotional/aggressive
Step 3 - State that you KNOW these things an leave the realm of rational thought
One thing that really annoyed me tho was how the black guy was controlling the conversation and when the Mormons tried to respond he would be like 'excuse me, can i please get a word in?'

lol, alot of atheists on here argue like they are coming from a stance of certainty also (although it seems like a lesser proportion)
this is the main reason I'm not very active in the R/P nemore... there are a number of idiots on my side of the fence aswell, so when trying to pin someone down in a thread they can ignore the 'good' responses and use the straw man presented to them by other users to avoid the real argument....
i see them all the time in my town, handing out their ****ing watchtower magazine with their ****ing side parted hair.

lol after a big night at a friends place we woke up to see a bible and a pamphlet in the middle of the living room table. The only thing we could think of is that some bible thumper actually opened the gate and came through the back door with no invitation and left that **** there.
I still lol about it tho, cuz I wonder what he/she though seeing all the booze, weed, pils, assorted baggies and passed out teenagers that were in the same room as the table.

actually, now you mention it, its always been old women whove given me the watchtower. the mormons are always handsome young men (no homo) with satchels and side partings. my bad, i just lump all the religious groups together in one big ball of hate-target.

It's cool. I used to be one of those Mormon boys. Being called a JW happened to me all the time. I do not exactly look the part anymore though.
