Bench Seminar IL area
Bench Seminar...............

Pauk Key (Bencher8) and I will be hosting a bench seminar at my private gym sometime in August we will have the date set in stone in the next day or so. We are going to limit the number of participants to 30 people.
Seminar will cover shirted benching. Including how to adjust them to get the most out of them and the dirty little tricks we both have up our sleeves, training techniques, assitance exercises, set up, setting up a training program, and a lot of hands on work with each person in attendence.
Cost of the seminar will be $65.00 per person.
My gym is located at : 28726 West Thome Rd.

I would love to go to this if i was anywhere reasonably close, but im not haha.

me and the guys from zenzen should be by soon. our gym learned alot from rob. definately worth the trip. hes a 948 lb bencher guys. hes helped me out on my form alot
