.... why is everyone acting like they know so much and yet with no physique they match knowledge, fuk that. I'm just asking about a clean bulk and specify which macronutrients is perfect in certain time in the day.. why the cockyness and e-thugness... when realistically speaking you guys are not in person.

a couple guys posted good info.
as for macro nurtients the most important thing is that u hit ur total by the end of the day and that for the most part ur meals are fairly balanced.
If ur concerned with marco nutrient timing, complex carbs and fruits are best throughout the day. I like fruit the most at breakfast and sometimes pre and post workout. I like to have simple carbs post workout tho (yes broscience). Healthy fats should be included in most of your meals including pre-bed meal (keep fats minimal post workout).

You are ****ing thick man. It's not an exact science. Half of the discrepancies between the different diets are probably down to preference.
The basic principle is keep the cals close to maintenance, 100 - 200 above, keep protein high, play around with the carbs and fat. Concentrate carb meals around the workout. Spread over 6 meals or so. Simple.
Make your own diet.

youve asked a question and will not listen to responses. the truth is you can call dave palumbo then chris aceto then another 10 'top' guys and they will all give you different answers. are you carb sensitive? HOW THE FUKC DO WE KNOW? you have to find what works for you ESPECIALLY with a diet

the **** is this bull****. A clean bulk simply implies you will be in a slight caloric surplus. Get a 1g of protein per pound of bw and then eat a ****ton
