Help please! Iv'e hit a road block
So I have been training now for about 8 months.. have gotten some pretty good gains so far but im a bit confused about my diet. I'm 5'2 121lbs with a 17% body fat still.. everytime I seem to switch up my diet and up my cardio to get rid of the fat my muscle growth comes to a screeching hault! How do I lose the fat while still gaining muscle size?
