Bcaa's / Amino's Important or Not
Hi My question is a few years ago I used to take some Bcaa's tabs 30mins before working out in the gym. Its been a while since I stacked Bcaa or amino in the form of tablet or capsule pre workout.
Would you say its vital to stack amino or Bcaa's to your stack??
Also there is amino profile in my protein and some other supps? So how would you know if you really need them or not??
For example If im Using Man sports Clout and Bo, with gaspari realmass once a day with maybe 1 scoop of optimum whey in the morning would I still need to stack Aminos Pre workout.
Obviously amino help build muscle these are the building blocks.
Thanks

Aminos and BCAA's are so important! They make up protein and protein makes up muscle, kind of a no brainer.

Even if were to debate this I would say since you've taken thembefore you already know! Don't you feel 100x better in the gym after taking your aminos? You not only have more energy that lasts longer you feel better after the workout too. Even if that didn't help me build an ounce of muscle it would be worth it for every penny.

You may not need more, but just in case you can "supplement" hence the word.
Supplement : Something added to complete a thing, make up for a deficiency, or extend or strengthen as a whole.

Agree, with bcaa's and benifits you are probably looking mainly at absorbtion rates versus foods.
I remember seeing studies showing the best timing for bcaa supplemention was pre workout. I need to try find those articles again.

I believe the Universal Nitro actually has free form amino acids it would be better than the others if you're looking for an actual amino acid supplement. The other products are protein (and not always the best sources) in pill or liquid form.

This is where the problem comes in.
Most "bodybuilders" think more is always better so supplementing something they are already getting in excess is necessary...
More aminos = more muscle depsite the 300g of protein the 175lb guy (who says he's 220) is already taking....

Correct. Animal Nitro uses uncoupled (free form) EAA's in a specific ratio and dose. The same exact ratio and dose that was used in the studies that showed EAA's increase protein synthesis.
