Bulk Help??
Hey what's up, how's gym life? I was wondering have you been using the ******** Lean / EXTREME MASS kits since being at ... lbs? I am 163 right now and I have been eating portien shakes 4 times a day, 8 egg whites with cottage cheese for breakfast, two chicken breast with rice and vegtables for lunch and dinner for a year now and I can't seem to gain anything. I do cardio three times a week because the Army dictates it, that can't change. If you see my progress pics there is a huge difference in fat loss, but IDK if I am actually getting any lean muscle. How do you do an effictive bulk? I want to after I get back from deployment. Any pointers?

Very nice this is the sort of thing im doing atm, and dont worry about **** about getting fat and that, everyone freaks out at how puffy my face got ( I put on about 60 pounds in 10 months) all those carbs gotta love em  .. GJM

It means that this is the section...for teenagers. As in people under the age of twenty. As in thirTEEN through nineTEEN
To OP: Nice work man. Genetics were obviously there for you, but the amount you ate and your dedication are off the charts! I can't even imagine waking myself up in the middle of the night to down a shake. And 100g shake right before bed...I'd be puking all night. I can believe your gains are natural, especially in the 260 progress pic since you're looking a little soft. The cut to 230 @ 8% is amazing. Well done!

For as much as this young guy has achieved there is way to much criticism here. I know Whey personaly and have seen him work his ass off for the past few years. This guy knows what it takes to make steady gains each month and keep at it for an extended period of time.
I'm not talking about going on a great bulking diet for 2 weeks then start to slack. This kid gets an idea in his head and sticks too it. He lives and breathes bodybuilding and his physique shoes his hard work.
To all of you who criticize him for "using" you are completely ignorant and are jellos about his amazing accomplishment. Have any of you asked "hey man what does your diet look like?" or "how many calories do you intake during your bulking phase & then your cutting phase?"
Whey and I both took nutrition in college. I was in the class 2 hours after he was. The professor gave the class a weekly food log assignment due every week. Each student had to type out the foods they ate & the calories they consumed each day. He announced to the class he had an individual who at over 10k a day. Needless to say I knew right away who he was talking about.
So to you Whey I say congrats man for your gains and keep up at it & i need to get a damn softball bat in your hands for next year!

great work i read the whole thread and that pic of u at 230 is crazy!!! This thread really inspired me to start bulking now coz i done the same mistake as u wen u were 17 just not eating enough but training hard. 2 worried about just trying to keep my abs but fk it for the next 3 months im gona bulk!!!!!
