I am sitting here waiting on the results just like everyone else...do I wish MT would release the top 10...sure, but I think it is funny how you and specialkr are sitting on here complaining about how you can't believe you haven't been notified and how you will be more shredded and better than the winner....GIVE ME A BREAK!!! You know what the great thing is about this contest? It was a "transformation" contest...not a bodybuilding contest. Would you guys wipe the floor with the majority of the people in this contest in a bodybuilding show...of course, it wouldn't even be close!!! Was your "transformation" better than some of the individuals who finished this year? Hell NO!!! Again, this is not a Bodybuilding show...we are not on stage.
I mean lets be honest...I took my final pics around 5%...I could eat like crap for a month and still look in worse shape then both of you started the contest in. Not to mention...did you have to teach yourself about nutrition, how your body responds to certain things, or even how to pose like most of us did? No...you know why, cause you already did all that last year when you "transformed" yourselves before. I mean c'mon, how many times to you expect to get rewarded (or paid) for a transformation?
Lastly...didn't you get a sponsorship from MT? Isn't that the main goal....to get picked up by the leading company in the supp industry? And yet you still complain....LMAO!!! If you don't want the sponsorship I will gladly take it off your hands.
I am sorry if I come across as a D**K but I will be damned if I get a phone call, email, PM, or whatever saying that I placed and you sit here and say how much better you look and how you should have won. I can't speak for anyone else but that is a serious slap in the face to me and really takes away from what a lot of people have accomplished.
Congrats to all the winners...and ANYONE who completed this contest for that matter....we are all winners. Can't wait to see the top 10!!!! My rant is over....

FYI....Last year was the first time I ever tried this...as many of you. I have never been in a contest of any sort...no shows...nothing. I didn't actually "place" but got some supps, which was cool. But not cool enough for me. I strive for #1...so of course, I wanted to try again. You are telling me, if any of you all didn't place this year, and they had another transformation next year, you may as well opt out, because you already know how to pose...BS!!!! I felt my transformation this year, was better than lasts...I tried different things. Also, nobody knew about another contest this year, so it's not like I fattened up just to do another contest...We all had to start somewhere...I've never had a big belly, or alot of extra fat, but I was always the little guy, back in the day. So I guess you are saying, that wouldn't be a transformation either, because I wasn't fat enough!! BS!! This contest was for MUSCLE TECH...key word...MUSCLE...not who loses the most amount of fat.....of course I was disappointed not to place, isn't that what we are all striving for. If I walked away, and said "That's cool, I didn't win, even though I worked my effin ass off," that wouldn't be me.....
Oh, and yes, I did learn new things about nutrition, and how my body responds to different things. I did things different than I did the first time....and had different results. This was only MY SECOND time. I have never been on a stage in my life!!!
If you are trying to say your end results were better than mine, you are kidding yourself! It took me just as much dedication, time, and dieting as it did you! I do think I should have place, and my results were better...to be honest. Not just my results, but others as well, who didn't place.
I never dogged MT once, and am very honored to have a sponsorship from them. Just because I don't agree with the judging. You can't bring the sponsorship into this, that is completely seperate from this contest!! Don't forget Bodyspace was a part of this, not just MT.

Why are some of you getting pissy? You all have great bodies, be happy. MuscleTech is only one company, you could have a shot doing all kinds of things looking the way you do, all of you.

I know, huh? Isn't this ridiculous? Oh well. All good things come to an end. I'm glad not too much of this was going on during the contest. Wait, some of it did and I quit posting for a week or so. Probably shouldn't have posted this either.

I'm curious, Kevin R., how do you know you didn't win or place? Did they respond to your PM saying you didn't win? I know they like to kid, Madden said when they called him up last year, first thing they told him was "sorry, you didn't win"..... and then they said they were joking and he DID win!
Maybe they are just messing with you?

End results...if by that you mean you were bigger/more ripped than I was then yes, yours were better. But as far as "transformation" goes, sorry brother...I could rattle off about 15 individuals who had a better "overall transformation" than you.
We could honestly go back and forth about this all night?but that is not what I am about. I think you did an awesome job but really just wanted to state how I believed what you were saying was a slap in the face to all those who finished this contest. This thread has been nothing but supportive (except for a few times...lol) and I would like to keep it that way. So for that reason I will agree to disagree with you and some of your opinions and will can all get back to waiting for the top 10 .

Drama
It's getting hot in here!
Everyone seems to have an opinion on what the judges are looking for and thats great but again, its in the judges hands...so everyone kiss and make up Besides, who cares what anyone else thinks, its not their opinion that counts or is taken into consideration. In my opinion im pretty sure what MT is looking for is the MOST DRAMATIC transformation...and yes requirements will include conditionining and muscularity (end result), after all...look at their ads and previous winners from last year.
Now MT is BY FAR strapped for cashed, recalls or not, they are the largest most well-known supplement company IN THE WORLD and hire the best of the best IFBB pros. They arent where they are at because they make quick thoughless decisions. Just like their supplements, they invest time into their investments...which the winners will be considered as.
Dont get worked up guys...contest is done and over with, concentrate on your NEW goals
Cheers...looking to see who the winners will be! I remember when i got my call last year for the 1st bodyspace muscletech contest, place and time of day..it was one of the happiest moments in my fitness career...next to my acceptance last June as being chosen as MT Athlete(which is my most proud moment!!!!!!!!!!!).

wow... lets keep the gloves up fella's! regardless who was taking what, those weights dont lift themselves, those lunchs did pack or eat themselves and Mr. Cardio never work's out alone.... Besides depending on what we are calling "natural "here should be defined.. alot of muscletech products you couldnt take if you competed because of herbs, chemicals, etc.. like caffine for example... some natural show's you couldnt have used "aas" the last 1-3 years.. not taking sides.. i am just saying

baby boy I guess you haven't been researching bodybuilding that long because I'm 100% sure your symmetry don't got jack on mine...your legs are why to small compare to your upper body especially your hamstring natural or not...no outer or inner sweep to that matter....do some more research and fire back something cause I'm sure I own you when it comes to symmetry...copy this pose and do some research on this cause only a person with great symmetry can pull off this pose...

These are pictures from me in my first show ever, it was on Oct. 11, 2008...look it up...it's called the USBF EMPIRE STATE NATURAL AMATEUR BODYBUILDING & FIGURE CHAMPIONSHIP
again don't assume...CSuponcic, unless you put some size on those legs you will never have true symmetry...specialkr, I can say you look like you take sh*t...look at those juice traps...see, I don't assume...maybe you do, maybe you don't...no will ever know, only you...we can say this and say that right now but we'll truly know who succeeds in time...
I will give props where props is due, specialkr would do great in comps...natural or not I dont know...you on the other hand Csuponcic would need to work on those wheels...like I said when I said in the past that I should have posed like crap, you were definitely the perfect example...look how you stuck your stomach out like you were pregnant...posing was crap in the beginning and then seem like you learn to pose like a pro by the end...in your after pic you can't even really see the cuts in your quads yet you think you can wipe the floor with even the winner...you have what we call delusion of grandeur....
P.S. THIS WAS MY FIRST TRY AT BODYBUILDING...NO HELP ON DIET...ME AND THE INTERNET....POSING, DIET, ROUNTINE, COLOR...ALLL ME....before this I was a golden glove boxer....
