your young man you have a lifetime to go up, keep at it
thanks, I still feel like a weak fooker....all these damn young guys in there pumping out 12 reps or 275 or 315
I have to constantly remind myself I am still very new to all of it.
back in april I think I was barely able to do 5 reps of 185 so I guess I am making decent progress

...powerlifting section, arching and leg drive are good things here.
And i would say 15+, I hit 235 for 14 lockout out reps a week and a bit ago, i should have just used 225 so i could have a number when people asked haha.

Eh, I don't know, about 15?
I did 242 for 8 after my benching workout for lulz, so I guess if I was fresh I'd do about 15 with 225.

I was born with dislocated hips this makes it difficult to bend my knees down and get any advantage that way. So I just lift with my feet straight out. I have been doing it that way for years.

I have seen a lot of your stuff before, you are one strong STRONG dude.
Question for you, What do you do in competition? Depending on the fed you have to have your feet planted, do they make an exception?

I havnt run into any problems yet just keeping my feet straight out. I think since there is clearly no advantage for me that most feds dont care. When I first competed back in the day they were a lil more strict and I did have to keep feet on the ground, my foot would slip and I would get red lighted all the time. After I argued with some meet directors about it and it hasnt been a problem since. Thanks man

Thats good that they don't give you a hard time, IPF is pretty strict on that stuff (if you compete in the ipf, i have no idea) so i always wondered.
I am always in awe that you can do that with no leg drive in stability, it blows my mind haha. Actually even with leg drive and stability those lifts would still blow my mind.
