I had a great workout today! I was able to take my time and super set everything that i wanted to without interruption...I love the gym on sunday mornings because it is so empty!
Im keeping busy this weekend despite Tommy being gone...Today im doing some shopping for wedding stuff and baby shopping because my maid of honor had twin girls last Tuesday  Buying baby clothes gives me baby fever

Tuesday - CHEST/LATS/ABS
Lifts and best set...
DB Press - (65sx4) *PR*
Incline Press - (45sx8)
Machine Flys - (90x10)
Nautilus (plate loaded) Lat Pulldown - (each side -90x8)
Straight Bar Pushdown - (80x12)
Oblique Incline Crunch - (25x12)
I spend the day at the pool with the kids today so getting into the gym was a little rough from being in the sun all day. I warmed up, got myself in gear, and felt surprisingly strong! I did two sets of DB Presses with 60s at 6 reps and I decided to go for the 65s. To my surprise I did it! That was a major milestone for me! Only wish Tommy was there to witness it...(he's driving back from DC as we speak)
Just had a little stir fry for dinner and now im going to tackle some packing for about an hour or two for bed...
LEG day tomorrow...CANT WAIT!!

Wednesday- LEGS!
3-5 sets/ best set listed
BB Squats- 230x6 (pr)
Split Squats- 55sx7
Extensions- 135x10
Standing ham curl - 25x12 (each side)
Standing calves- 195x11
I started the day having an annoying pain in my right hip. I have no idea what from it just came suddenly. I was planning on making it a light leg day because if it but when I was warming up my squats it didn't bother me so I lifted as usual. I'm sore already this morning and the hip pain is still there but I'll monitor it for the next couple of days and then back off a little if needed. This is definitely not the time to push for an injury!

thanks! It's a little wierd to be a girl and have chest as one of my strongest body parts sometimes it's fun to make the boys jealous haha

I think you can bet on having some freaky-strong kids!! Does Fischer Price make baby barbell/bench sets? LOL! They'll look like miniature tanks running around!
I'd like to go see a couple more shows this year still, just trying to figure out what will work...maybe the Evansville show and definitely the St Louis show in October. How about you guys? You sound really busy these days, but in good ways!

We are definitely going to try! I would love to get my hands on Misty's posing and have one more little getaway before the wedding...We need to check our weekends but possibly the first or second weekend in Sept...Let us know if one works better for you guys!!

We will definately be at the show in Evansville. I have a good friend doing that show this year and we are going to help her back stage... Besides, that show has a special place on my heart from winning there last year Let me know if your going for sure!!!
